If I could commet without leaving any stars, I would have given the no starts. Last night my granddaughter cut her arm from elbow to wrist down to the bone. #1, it took over 20 minutes for the ambulance just to arrive. They treated her very rudely and called a "Trauma" a small cut or superficial wound. They drove her without sirens. Once at the Children's Hospital she's was rushed to trauma unit and had emergency surgery to repair the damage. My daughter who was obviously in shock and traumatized told the driver she would never call an ambulance again and he said that's fine. If you don't like working with the public don't be a public service men. I want names andanswers because this isn't over . Do better AMR

My grandfather is WWII Veteran and Holocaust survivor. He was recently operated and was supposed to be transported to Rehab facility in CT, but due to his age, 5 facilities have refused his candidacy. Grandfather has a big family in NY, but not in CT. After 5 refusals in CT, we were able to secure a Rehab facility in NY that would accept him. The problem was to transport him from state to state. I called a few companies and ambulance cost was unbearable and many companies refused to trasnport. I was hopeless, but was still calling all the companies on the list until I reached Tia at American Medical Response. Tia and her coworker Gina(hope I got the name right) were able to help! They tirelessly worked together with the hospital to ensure the transport will happen! I cannot thank enough to AMR- the most passionate and professional Ambuance company that can be trusted! Thank you!
