We have been going to Hopmeadow Animal Hospital with our dogs since rescuing them 7 years ago. This past month my big boy developed lung cancer unexpectedly. The veterinarians and all the staff at Hopmeadow were understanding, knowledgeable, and caring towards during the whole process. When we lost our boy last night, I called to give them the weekly update this morning and was met with nothing but love and respect from Judy at the front desk. I recommend this office to anyone who loves their pet as a family member, as they will too.

Very helpful and friendly staff! My dog loves going because of all the treats and pets he gets, he doesnt even notice that hes getting a shot.

Very, very bad service. I had to travel urgently abroad in two days and dog needed vaccines to be up to date to be received in dog care. They did not want to find 5 min to give him vaccines instead they try to book me 1 month later . Did not care that I am regular customer and had emergency. On the phone was very unpleasant person without any will to help.I was shocked wit lack of understanding.
