The wait staff was confused, there along wait except for brittney she was great. Venue was quiant. Medium was also nice.

Not entirely sure why this restaurant is still open. I work in Watertown so I used to pick up food here often for me and my coworkers. I knew the place had bad service just from picking up lunch. However, I recently went there for dinner with some friends. We ordered fries and salad and we were there for TWO HOURS. Ordered a sangria and asked for no Carmel syrup on it. The owner made it, messed up, and then in front of me, wiped the Carmel syrup off the rim with a napkin. When the waitress handed it to me I said “there is Carmel syrup in this”. The owner then YELLED across the restaurant “NO IT DOESNT, JUST TRY IT” I really didn’t want to make a scene so I just said okay that is fine and drank it without complaining. However, there was about an inch of Carmel syrup laying on the bottom of the glass and it was a waste of money. At the end I asked for the bill and waited 30 minutes to pay. I’m over this place and I’m never coming back.

Sorry horrible service, the staff is always talking in a huddle with their backs to you, it is down the street from me so I wish they had better service but after three times trying I give. They are just way to busy socializing with themselves to be a resteraunt
