I am a trustee for a condo association and I cannot thank The Reardon Agency for their insights, dedication and commitment to get our association out of a high non-admitted insurance carrier into an admitted standard insurance carrier. Mallory was instrumental every step of the way to get us a policy that served us with the appropriate insurance coverage at a reasonable price. Mallory handled everything from beginning to end working along side the trustees and also providing guidance on how to transition from our previous agency. I deal with Suzanne at the Reardon agency. She is always able to answer all my questions and take care of my insurance needs. If she is not in when I call she gets back to me right away or she will email me all the information that I need. I am very happy with a Reardon agency.

Our agent is always available to answer my questions and clarify things I dont understand. The Reardon Agency is always willing to listen to my needs and help provide policies that would work for both my home and auto. The team there is really great and easy to work with!

lazy staff. Last time I checked it was their job to be the bridge between me and the insurance company but when Rearden makes a mistake they say "contact them yourself". They're inability to copy a vin number caused me a year of hassle with the court and DMV and i suspect an employee with a personal grudge against me did it on purpose. and several times when i call allll the systems are down and they can't tell me anything. paying for insurance is enough of a scam, having to do it through these people just makes the entire situation worse.
