        The worst experience with a tow company. The guy try overcharge me after he got to pickup the truck with a really bad attitude. If he hates his job is easier just get someone else

        Well to start the representative that I talked with was very rude and very disrespectful.. secondly the site says that the company is open 24 hours.. to a person like me that works two jobs and different time shifts that is important to me.. however they are not open 24 hours.. so they should fix the issue immediately because I scheduled alot around their schedule and they are not open so now I have to rearrange my schedule..

I would like to address some inaccuracies in your review.We are open 24/7 for towing and recovery, however, your vehicle was impounded by the Waterbury Police Department.Vehicles that are impounded can be retrieved during our office business hours which are Monday through Friday 8-5pm and Saturdays 9-12pm.I hope this helps.Thank you.
