DO NOT take your rims, or any other parts you want powder coated to this business. After I pointed out the imperfections and damage to two of the four wheels, I was told by BOB, that the rims would be fixed. A couple of days later I received text messages from BOB, (see pictures below for text messages) I wish BOB, or anyone from this business, would have told me prior to accepting the business ,that I needed to ask for quality work. Small claims here I come. Just another shady business. Maybe someone should tell BOB that the company promotes automotive parts, to include wheels on the business’s website. I added a pic of the website so I know I’m not crazy and added below. Something about copyright so my text can’t be viewed but, I want to be transparent and informative to the paying public. So cut and paste, from BOB “ Greg, I reviewed your rims with the operator and Quality Manager and we are all in agreement that you will have to accept the two rims you returned as is. We are an industrial/commercial company and the imperfections are within our quality requirements. If you were looking for the ultimate Cosmetic aesthetics you should have advised and we would most likely not accepted your request. Sorry but please pickup at your convenience. Bob
