The experience you have described does not meet the high level of service our customers have come to expect after more than 130 years in business. We’re sorry you have not received an immediate solution to your most recent AC issue but during our busiest time of year, appointments are not readily available. Since it was installed in 2016, we have serviced the unit in 2017, 2020, 2021 and 2022. Typically, we do not file warranty paperwork for our customers unless they specifically ask for our help. Ultimately, it’s the owner’s responsibility to make sure it is completed in a timely manner. We would like to make this right and regain your trust.
