the Dr. was amazing. super friendly. i was told it would be a week to get my glasses in. i called on the 7th day and the woman who answered was extremely rude and argumentative with me. she said i was in four days ago which i wasnt and said it was obviosly going to take another week. i tried to explain to her i was in seven days ago and she accused me of cutting her off. All i wanted to know is when my glasses and contacts would be in, which i paid $400 for, and was treated like an annoyance. not happy

This is the best place to get an eye exam. Through the years I've gone to a number of opticians and opthalmologists and I always feel I get the best exam and prescription at Sears. The glasses may cost a little more...but not always. But they actually fit the glasses to your head after they come in. I bought a pair of glasses at My Eye Dr. and they were to wide on the sides. I was told that was how they were and they couldn't adjust them. I mean my hair was sticking up on the sides. I was very dissatisfied. I was in Sears with my husband and I showed them and asked if they could adjust them and he said "sure, no problem". That's the way I always rememberd being fitted when the glasses came in. I was with my grandson when his glasses came in at Opticare, and the same thing...no fitting even though when he put his head down and they were slipping. I had to ask them to adjust them. Terrible!!! I'll take Sears any day!!

Dr. Binh Moore & Associates: Sears Optical was recommended to me by a co-worker and I am so glad it was - I'm not sure I would have picked it out otherwise, being in an odd location... The staff is absolutely wonderful and the doctor is very professional and understanding. He is so dedicated to what he does, he even double checked his work with my left eye saying, "and one more time, so I can sleep at night." I am so excited with the outcome of the exam, I know he gave me the best results possible with my astigmatism. Relax and await the best vision possible with the most attentive personnel; from the appointment phone call, to the exam room and all the way through to check out. I am very pleased with the service! People make the place.
