Completely unreliable unprofessional company. They never answer the phone and unreliably respond to text messages. They have stood me up twice on scheduled repair dates without advanced warning, and they have not been able to adequately repair my spa. It's incredible they remain in business.

I had to have a very heavy hot tub moved from one location to another...I contacted CR Spa Service to do the move...they texted me when they were on the way to the location, (I was not on site) and they perfectly placed the hot tub exactly where I wanted it! Professionalism, easy to deal with, and very well priced! Highly recommended! Great Job!!! A+ 👍💪

We had our spa delivered by this company and then serviced by them 6 months later. Both times they were on time and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Customers for life!

What a joy to work with a professional company. I had extensive repairs on my hot tub. I was given a estimate upfront and the repair came in cheaper than the estimate. Honest and knowledgeable!
