Engine blew received a call from Christa and let me tell you I went in the same day I explained my situation what I could afford .. Chris the young man who helped me was very professional and straight forward pleasant. after everything was said and done I got what I was approved and I got the car I wanted and payments are not sky rocketing out of my budget.. anyone looking for a car and no hassle or bullcrap come here and speak with CHRIS ... 👏☝️thank you Chris !🙂

I never leave reviews, but this place definitely needs a review, so read this if you genuinely need an honest review. I purchased a nice infiniti q70L from barberino a few years ago. The guy who sold me the car was dope. Everybody who works there was just doing their job, but I don't like the sales approach they use to buy your business. They ask you for car keys immediately once you talk to a rep. If you don't like the options presented to you; they do their best to basically hold you over. It took them multiple months to get my payments stuff situated. I didn't start making car payments until three months after. I called multiple times to get everything situated but nothing. Luckily my lender waived one of them. Their service department is just like them. Fast forward to today, I stopped in to get my exhaust leak checked out. You can clearly hear the issue, but they still wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee of $139 and whatever cents which makes no sense. A professional mechanic at a different shop was able to diagnose the problem, tell and show me ASAP without charging me a dime. I asked about my warranty situation since no one looked like they wanted to answer any of my other questions. Turns out my mileage warranty expired the moment this issue happened. Any other time you don't want repairs they throw all this work your car needs done, but wont quickly quote you on a problem you know exists. That's my review though, I hope this helps at least one person make a decision on a vehicle.
