I appreciate the ease of making an appointment online. Also the cleanliness of the location while I wait for my car to be serviced. Of course you get the expert Kia service for your vehicle just be prepared to pay for such excellence.

I will preface this review that I would have given zero (0) stars for this dealership if it was possible… I recently purchased a 2021 Sorento from this dealership. I test drove the vehicle and it had all the specifications I wanted for a vehicle. The vehicle was not PDI prior to test driving the vehicle. I requested on multiple occasions that a front plate was not placed onto the vehicle with my FULL understanding that Connecticut does require two plates and if pulled over, the liability of not having two plates falls on me. I contacted my sales associate, Wafa, on multiple occasions prior to vehicle pick up to reassure my requests for the vehicle were met. Wafa did not return my calls. On the day of vehicle pick up, I finally got in touch with Wafa to find out my request was disregarded and the vehicle has been drilled into with a front plate put on the vehicle. Wafa then admitted she had known several days prior to pick up that a front plate was placed onto my vehicle and she had purposely not been returning my calls. Upon seeing my vehicle for the first time, my excitement for a new vehicle went out the window. The dealer tapped three pitiful holes into the front bumper that looked as if a ten year old playing with a drill set could have made. Every time I look at the holes in the front bumper I am disgusted with the way they look. Especially after the amount of money I just spent on a new vehicle that is supposed to meet the specifications I requested! I requested that the dealer rectify this issue by replacing my front bumper as it was there mistake that a front plate was put on the vehicle due to their lack of miscommunication. I was laughed at for my request and told they would not honor what was being asked of them. There solution, you ask… I was being given “free†floor mats and bumper plugs for the vehicle. It has not been around two months and I still have not received my floor mats. I have called on numerous occasions asking where my mats were with each call going unanswered. I finally got in touch with Wafa about two weeks ago and she told me she had cancelled the order for the floor mats. Her reasoning for this was unknown. I never once called her and told her to cancel the order. I have yet to receive the floor mats as they are on back order now. It is unknown to me when I will be receiving them. Very disappointed with my car buying experience with this dealer. I would NOT recommend going here. I left a voicemail for the GM and am fully anticipating a returned phone call.
