I cannot recommend ThermoSpa enough! I am overjoyed with my hot tub, and my saleswoman Gina Gore was excellent. She made the entire process so streamlined and efficient! Thank you Gina, I am currently writing this review while relaxing in my new tub!

My husband and I would recommend any other company, but Thermo Spa, do your research! I wish we had. This review is based on lack of customer service. We purchased the Spa and we were very impressed and felt comfortable with our salesperson and along with the known quality of the Spa. It ends there.... the Spa arrived and we were advised to have the stairs taken back to the warehouse as they were not needed. The delivery person wrote on the ticket taken back to ThermoSpa warehouse. Long story short, we contacted our sales person three times, we left a voicemail w/ Carol in accounting (no return call), called Bethany two times to ask for assistance (she was helpful), called customer service to obtain Carol's email and when I finally did get a response from my email seven weeks later, I was told that the stairs were half price. I asked her if I could have a detailed invoice, I didn't mind any price refunded as long as I could pull it from my invoice. I never received a response or a detailed invoice. I then called Bethany hoping she could send a detailed invoice no response. My communication was polite and professional. Now set up, no one will help you! My sister purchased a Spa in Orange, CT and they actually had a representative come to the house and explain the chemical process. My husband and I finally ended up going to a pool store in Guilford for assistance as this was our first Spa. The store sells Hot Spring Spa's. The gentleman at the store told us that they always have a representative on site for instruction. The quality of the Spa I was told was stellar; however, customer service.... the saying is certainly true, "Take the money and run, "with ThermoSpa. I recently went to the BBB site and saw there were complaints as well. Research, research, research.... a big investment, needs proper instruction as well as professionalism.
