Had sunroof seal replace on 2007 tahoe and now it's leaking engine replace and the truck now jerks and when getting on the gas to speed up engine revs high but doesn't move like the trucks going into neutral or something. Truck was gone for a long time and work the work done was poor. Sunroof seal shouldn't leak since it's new and the brand new engine shouldn't feel like it's falling apart and reving out of control.

I had an issue with my car battery a little over two months after I picked up the vehicle. It was upsetting because the car wouldnt start a few times and I have a two year old and 6 month old. Everyone I dealt with was very understanding and nice. I am very happy with how the dealership handled it and they were very accommodating. A+ for service staff.

Our salesman Angelo Banning was Delight, well knowledged, and a peoples kind of person. I think that was the number one reason i made the purchase. number two reason was how he did sure every thing on my purchase was completed and wanted me to enjoy the purchasing phase. The F&I Director Evan Blanchette was also instrumental in my making my purchase. He explained to me all coverages i could get to cover my truck and all the items it covered, and for how long. I was able to tell him my budget i wanted to follow, and he did everything he could do to stay in my budget, but also protect my purchase of the truck for as long as i wanted to. Evan's people skills are wonderful too. he walked me through all of the paperwork, answered any and all my questions. Scranton Cadillac dealership is the number one dealership in the country in my estimate. again thank you Angelo Banning and Evan Blanchette job well done !!

David Baeza is the friendliest easy going salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The entire dealership was friendly and FAST! I was in/out in less than 2 hours. It was a great experience and I would definitely buy another vehicle from him and this dealership. Evan Blanchette in Finance was extremely friendly and went over all my paperwork pausing for any questions I may have. They even called me after a week to volunteer to pick up my Denali for Service if I ever need them too. Great great experience all the way around! 03/23 - I continue to go to Scranton for all servicing as well and every step of the process has been excellent! So much that we bought another truck from them!
