I went for their free weekend to try out a spray tan. Im very fair skinned and have always been a bit weary of doing a tan in fear of being orange. My family comes here and mentioned I could try it out for free. So a couple friends and I go and first of all, I feel we couldve been instructed much better having it be our first times. The next day once it has fully developed, I realize Im splotchy all over (one friend ls tan started mid for head) so with it being our first time, we call back asking if theres anything we can, well pay to have it fixed... the MANAGER goes on to explain that because their free event was running all weekend that the machines were not working at full capacity. She offered for us to come in that same day by 4 ( worked til 6) but advised us that it still may not work at full capacity bc her staff and some customers went in that morning and didnt get a full tan. So 1) if youre offering a free service for people to test out, dont allow them to go into a botched machine 2) when someone calls back to complain (keep in mind that I genuinely thought this was my fault so I called to see if there was a way I could fix it) you dont tell them they take what they can because it was a free service and 3) you dont offer for a customer to go back into a broken machine. I experienced horrible customer service and I now feel this company is grimy and greedy because why are you allowing paying customer to now go into these machines after that? Service: Tanning

I got a beautiful base tan for my vacation. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was very clean.
