Today I tried to drop off a stool sample, the containers for which I had been given the day before by the technician who drew my blood. At that time she gave me 5 vials for stool samples and she rushed through the explanation of how I was to submit them. When I asked if there were written instructions included with the vials, she said yes and hurried me out of the room.
When I got home and read the written instructions, it turned out that I needed to include the test requisition bar codes with the samples. Nobody at the Quest office had given me the test requisition paperwork. I tried to make an appointment for the next day at the same location, but there were no times available, so I made an appointment at another Quest facility, but it was only available in the afternoon, and I am very anxious about what is going wrong with my health.
Since I wanted to submit the samples ASAP, I tried to go back to the Unionville office and sign up as a walk in. There was no receptionist, so when a technician came to the door, I tried to explain to her that I did not need a test, only help getting the requisition numbers so that I could drop off my samples. It was obvious that I was anxious and worried, but her response was to be rude and impatient--VERY rude and impatient.

I remember that I visited quite some quests labs across state and this facility is clean and spacious and well arranged. All the nurses I have interacted with during my visits were very supportive and listen to all my concerns/ questions and always worked to help me out.
I would have give 5 star to this place but not giving because of one nurse Karla. Today i.e. on Wednesday December 15, 2021 visited this by facility for my lab orders. But she wasnt supportive and wasnt ready to listen me. I had few concerns about their system which she could have adjusted as all the nurses in past have done but she clearly refused and when I tried to explain her that its was done earlier too she wasnt ready to listen and gave me a cold face luk.
I was bit surprised with such kind of behavior from Karla. She seems to be experienced nurse but she wasnt ready to listen so coz of this I ended up submitting two samples for same order and my insurance will charge mein twice for same labs all because of Karla.

Today, I dropped off a sample and was told that I was given the wrong equipment! This was the second time that this has happened within the last month. Find a different company for your tests. They obviously dont train their employees very well.
