My partner and I went in to inquire about a spa and the employee who spoke with us was Cleary not interested in our business or even common courtesy. She stated annoyed and matter of factly that it was a 6 to 8 month wait and she wanted to just throw pamphlets at us and send us out the door. I asked if they did anything with used tubs and she gruffly said that she didn't have any of those either. It wasn't that they didn't have stock or the wait of 6 months that bothered me. It was her annoyed, dismissive attitude that was so off putting. She was an older woman but rolled her eyes like a teenager. We were polite and unobtrusive to her day or business. The entire exchange was a short 5 mins of rudeness on her part with no provocation from us. She simply did not want to waste time on us for second longer then necessary and it showed in every manner of her being. We will be getting a spa elsewhere and never stepping foot in Trets again. Very dissatisfied with my experience.
