I've had the chance to use their waffle maker and their blender for many years now and I recommend their products for their sturdiness and ease of use. In all of their products comes a guarantee of thoughtful design sprinkled with a touch of ingenuity. Great for the consumer.

I purchased a Waring Blender MBB518 Model WF211121 November 9, 2011. I use only 5 months out of the year. It was advertised as a commercial model, and label on the motor states that. On Oct 8, 2015 the seal broke on the blade at the bottom of the glass jar. It therefore would not sit correctly on motor mounting causing blade to bend and any liquid in jar to leak out. Since my paperwork said it was under warranty I sent back to company, they said, warranty only covered motor, it was not a commercial product and the jar was cracked. They wanted to charge me 80.86 plus freight 14.95 for repairs. The whole blender was only 78.00 dollars. I find Waring to have absolutely no customer service. I certainly will not pay for what I believe to be a faulty manufactured jar to be repaired and find it upsetting that the company should false advertise its blender products. It is not a commercial rated product even though labeling states that. I would not going forward advise anyone to buy any blender product from Waring and will suggest to Amazon that Waring's terrible customer service and lousy products are reflecting on the good name of Amazon.
