From the beginning, and all the way through to the end of our journey, with Katherine assisting us so patiently with the samples we needed to do our kitchen and bathrooms completely over from countertops to flooring, we were so impressed! Alan's workmanship was just as amazing and always done to perfection. Katherine and Alan are both personable and extremely knowledgeable! We would highly recommend Tolland Flooring to anyone who is trying to upgrade their home to beautiful modern standards.

I called around flooring places looking for some samples for my daughter to use in her kindergarten classroom. The people at Tolland Flooring were incredibly supportive and helpful. They let me come in and pick up some carpet squares the same day, and they donated them to her classroom free of charge. Absolutely wonderful, helpful people! I worked with Tolland Flooring to install granite and a subway tile backsplash and it looks beautiful!! Alan and Katherine are great to work with and truly care about you loving the end result. They were easy to communicate with, very available and I never was concerned with them following through on any part of the project. I would highly recommend working with them and will use them for new flooring in the near future. Update: March 2021 We just did carpeting in our master bedroom with Tolland flooring. It was the same great experience. Installers were great guys....polite, friendly and cleaned up nicely. Katherine is easy to work with and the product is lovely! I couldn't be happier with my new carpet. Alan stopped in on installation day to be sure all was going well. These business owners care! I continue to highly recommend this business!

The expertise, workmanship, and professionalism of Tolland Flooring is fantastic. We needed to update the carpet in our new home so I looked for a local shop in Tolland. When I entered the store, Katherine helped me understand my options and was very patient with all of my naive questions (I had never picked out carpet before!). I was able to take home a few samples and got an estimate from Alan the very next day (which was free). Once we decided on color and style, we were sent a contract that clearly stated their HIC number, what carpet we were buying, how long the work would take, and how much it would cost. The carpet was professionally installed by Alan and Jason and is just gorgeous! The seams are invisible and the stretching to the wall trim is perfect. We are very happy with our new carpet and Tolland Flooring!
