Grondin Builders did the crumbling foundation fix for my house this past summer. I would highly recommend this company if you unfortunately have this problem with your home. Dan kept me in the loop the entire time he was working on my house. He said prior to the work starting that when my house was in the air, he would treat it as if it were his own home up there too.. and that was absolutely true. He came in on budget and on time .

Scheduled a visit to review house foundation, had to adjust time last minute and they quickly accommodated. Dan answered all of our questions and put our mind at ease with what we were seeing as well as educated us on how foundations appear and react over time. Very helpful. We will reach out to Grondin for future projects....

I utilized Grondin Builders to replace my crumbling foundation as part of the CFSIC program. Dan Grondin was amazing in his attention to detail and working with me on ancillary issues associated with my foundation replacement. He and his team were very professional, responsive, and pointed out details I hadn't thought about. In addition, he actually liked my jokes so we had a great working relationship. I recommend Grondin Builders for any work you need done. He's located in Tolland and knows the local suppliers well.

These guys are the best. If you are in the need for any renovations, new work construction,. whatever done on your home there is no one else I would recommend calling other than Grondan, they are the best.
