Smile Haven Dental Center

I definitely recommend this Dental office. My entire family goes to this office. The Hygienist does a wonderful job and Dr.Maldonado is so kind snd patient. He took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. While having my most recent cleaning I mentioned that I had a sharp area on a back tooth, he carved out time from his schedule to come in and shave down and polish that tooth for me and now its perfect!! Thanks Dr.Maldonado!!

Receptionist is so rude. Ive been getting over being sick and I completely forgot I had an appointment this morning. I called BEFORE the appointment asking to reschedule as I wouldnt have made it on time. The first time I call it sounds like someone literally picks up the phone and then hangs it right up after I said hello? I called again and she was so rude and just said We dont reschedule. without any context. I dont know what kind of medical office doesnt reschedule patients as Ive literally never heard that before. I had a family member go to this office and say good things and considering I have anxiety around the dentist, I thought Id try them out. I guess not. Anybody know any decent dentists around this area? Lol

I highly recommend Smile Haven :) I have been looking for a new office for quite sometime and I usually have major anxiety when Im having my teeth cleaned. I had Debbie clean my teeth she was very professional and gentle. 5 stars!

Where is everyone? All new staffing. I was given way too much novacaine and I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. I was told I was overdue for a cleaning but, their booked six months out. I was also told I needed a route canal eventually. I just switched dentist because no notice of the dentist being there and new staffing. My new dentist told me that the tooth didn't need a root canal. Also, my son had a cleaning and not one dentist showed up to double check his teeth. Very disappointing.
