The best hair cut and treatment I've ever had! I've struggled with thick and unmanageable hair all my life and it's been damaged from my own flat iron at home. It's the only way I can ever do my hair! But PIA quickly revived my locks with a much more contemporary look. I'm so happy how healthy my hair looks after the cut, color and new hairstyle! The products smell divine! My little boy asked me if I could use PIA's shampoo everyday. :) You will walk out perfumed like royalty while looking and feeling FANTASTIC!

Pia is a true artist! A master at analyzing your hair and selecting the style and color that best suits you. She has an impeccable eye for detail and always goes above and beyond to make your vision becomes a reality. Outstanding technical ability as well as a warm and welcoming personality makes visiting her salon a complete joy. You will exit the salon feeling like a new person. You could not ask for a better experience!

went there in november before a wedding. scheduled to do my hair and make up (with pia). I told them beforehand and when I got there that I had to be at a wedding at 4pm. I got my hair “done” AKA sprayed with some oil and slicked back in a ponytail that was not flattering. the make up with pia (which was upwards of about 175 dollars) involved “air brush” foundation which was oily and had no coverage. the eye make up was awful. I could have done the make up ten times better myself in the dark. then they didn’t finish until 4 (after charging me 235 dollars plus tip). so I had to run to cvs, quickly get make up and fix myself on the way to the ceremony. missed one of my best and oldest friends wedding ceremonies because of this awful experience. told her how I felt later and that I wanted at least some money back. she said “it’s similar to after you eat food at a restaurant- can’t return it after you eat :-)!”... first of all it is not like that at all. if you are unhappy with a service it is good costumer service to hear someone out about how they feel- and try your best to make it right. she also said she accidentally over charged me- and wouldn’t put the money back on my credit card. it took a lot of convincing for her to refund me a small portion — meanwhile it’s common knowledge if you over charge you refund the money on whatever card was initially used. she was cold. she offered me a gift card for more make up done there - thanks but I will not be back !! all staff seemed like they were scared of pia and walking on egg shells. awful awful awful. Side note- they replied to my comment saying they don't recall a "Bride" by that name during that month...I specifically said I was NOT the bride. I attended the wedding as a guest.

Love Pia! I went from very blonde to rich brunette to golden highlights all in a year with Pia. Her coloring and cutting skills are excellent; she has an incredibly artistic eye. My hair is healthy and vibrant- and I'm always receiving compliments on it because of Pia's work. See pictures I posted.
