Uncommunicative , leaves there staff completely in the dark. I spent a week and a half before I got a response from the owner or any explanation. Not even the employees knew what was going on. For context; I was tried out for two days and did completely fine besides needing to throw on a collared shirt.(but I wouldnt know , I wasnt told how I did , or even when to come back) Then I was ghosted , for two weeks. I put off other jobs for this job, because I like the store. Keep in mind , Ive been told already I have the job and am waiting for the schedule , which NO employee had to that point. (once again , this could be wrong I WOULDNT KNOW this is what im told from the manager, who also doesn't know.) I had to fill out paperwork to get paid , I did it. That was the last response before the owners email back finally , which I had to message the whole store to get his attention. It took me calling him out , for me to get a response. two weeks I could've been working , I didnt because of the owner, or whoever runs the place.
