Stright Sewage Disposal Company

I asked this company to empty my septic tank at the end of July because there seemed to be a problem and they they did. 2 weeks later I had the same problem and called again. The person I spoke to said the technician had said the septic system didnt seem to be working but he didnt tell me or highlight it so the company could tell me. To diagnose the problem they should have dealt with the first time they said they needed to empty the tank again and I would have to pay again. If they had done the job properly I wouldnt be paying an additional $600 to get it fixed. Totally unprofessional I will never use them again. Palladino is much better

Called and all my info was taken, also sent emails, but nobody seems interested in calling me back and helping with my issue. Going to be really annoyed if they use my data for future prospect marketing when theyve wasted my time this time around.

Have used them in the past for initial inspection and bianual pumping. Great service, friendly driver and on credit billing. This year it seems they have merged or been bought out. The pumping price has always been a bit higher than average but it went up so much this time I had to switch to another company. End of an era I guess.

I use Stright annually to clean and pump our septic field in Stamford, and they are reliable and prompt and nice on the phone and their prices are reasonable. I have had no issues with our plumbing since using them, whereas before I used them our toilets would back up.  I highly recommend them.
