expect your first visit to be scheduled for at least 3 months after you call..understaffed ,not helpful at all,it feels like they just dont want to work with peoples.CT children's mental health system is at its lowest.

Only if its a last resort. They are disorganized, several are unprofessional. They played games with me with my sons treatment, if you even want to call it that. I never received any updates on his treatment and never received a treatment plan. Also, it was next to impossible to get the adhd meds which was anxiety inducing, and infuriating. There are some good, hardworking and well-meaning folks there but unfortunately, they dont redeem this organization. I wish there were more options out there, so you may be forced to use this one, but just be wary and be well informed.

The low rating for this practice is accurate. The doctors are not helpful and dealing with the unskilled workers at the practice is terrible. If your suicidal, you are more likely to die than obtain assistance from this practice.
