Ambassador Limousine is an outstanding car service. My husband and I travelled extensively when we lived in Connecticut and we used them for over 10 years. We found Ambassador Limousine to always be affordable, reliable, safe, professional and prompt. Their vehicles were always beautiful, immaculate and well-maintained. The owner, Jean Max Lucien, became like family as he genuinely cares for his customers and possesses such a wonderful and happy spirit, always making each interaction one of positivity. When my son, who was 13 at the time, traveled to New York last summer for the first time unaccompanied, I felt secure knowing that my son would be safe being picked up and dropped off by Max at the airport. In today’s world of Ubers and Lyft services when there are so few people you can trust, it is so refreshing to know that there are people like Jean Max and companies like Ambassador Limousine still around! I have been using Ambassador Limousine for the past 15yrs. Always on time, always reliable. Even at the last minute they have always sent me a driver. Cars are new, clean and top of the line. I use them constantly for trips to JFK, HPN and LGA. I also call on them for a day reservation. Driver will drop me off at US Open or NYC theaters and wait and bring me back to CT. Wouldn't use anyone else.
