        0 stars, DO NOT USE THIS CAR SERVICE! Today is Labor Day 9/4/23. I paid $160 on 9/3 to be picked up this morning at my hotel for a ride to the airport at 5am. The time is now 5:30am and no one is here. They have not answered any phone calls or emails. I confirmed this pickup with the owner via text and email yesterday. Again, they took my payment in full the day before my scheduled ride and have no showed. Do NOT trust this company. Im being forced to pay a 2nd service to pick me up now and there is a chance that Im going to miss my flight!

        What a great experience with Gus and the Rolls Royce for our wedding day! Gus was such a great chauffeur and he was decked out in a tuxedo. The Rolls Royce added such a great touch to our special day! Thank you!!

        We hired Royal Club Transportation for our daughters wedding. Their service was superb! We rented the Rolls Royce and it was beautiful. Gus was professional, prompt and patient. He waited a little longer than he had to while they took photos next to the car. I would most definitely use Royal Club again and recommend him to anyone. I have received multiple calls after the wedding asking where we rented such a beautiful car! Thank you Gus!

      I completely understand your frustration.Nobody needs that type of stress we are all human and make mistakes of course you are not local and don't know of my long reputation with the town and surrounding community we service. I did acknowledge your numerous text messages and apologized before we found out my driver called and explained of their lateness and even paid for your alternate transportation on their own judgement. You also failed to mention that we refunded your money rite-away. We are not here to make money without performing service. Next time before you pull the trigger on a small business let them have a chance to redeem them selves we all deserve a second chance.
