Visiting Angels dots every I and crosses every T. From the consult with Vanessa to the first meeting with our caretaker Savine, I knew my Mom would be in safe and capable hands. Kristi, who is an LPN, came with Savine to meet my Mom and put everyone at ease for that first visit. Savine has been great with my Mom and takes wonderful care of her. Gena is our case worker who is on top of things and checks in with us. Savine couldnt make it one day and a replacement was assigned immediately and Maria couldnt have been a better fit for my Mom. For anyone needing help taking care of someone at home, I highly recommend Visiting Angels. The Keane family will help you take good care of your family.

I would highly recommend Visiting Angels for anyone looking for caregivers. From my initial conversation I knew that they were who I was going to use. After my call with Vanessa I didn't even call any other agencies on the list that the hospital gave me. Visiting Angels made me feel at ease during what has been a difficult time for me and my family. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision and it felt like they would be there for us through every step of the process, and they have been! Heather and the team in the office are all very caring, respectful and responsive! The caregivers have all been amazing! Again, I would highly recommend their services.

The care that my dad received from the Visiting Angels was excellent. Professional and compassionate, the angels helped my dad through a rough time with their support and kindness. My dad is 93 and needed 24 hour care after a bad fall. The angels were able to support his healing and help him to return to independence. Thank you Visiting Angels!

We were truly given an Angel to take care of my mother in law Helene. I spoke to Heather Keane and told her about Helene. She paired Helene with Susie. There are not enough adjectives to describes Susie. Susie is caring, compassionate, loving, thoughtful, hard working, communicative. She has the biggest heart of anyone I have ever met. She treats Helene like family. She is so attentive to her every need. If there is ever an issue with Helene. She is the first to communicate and let the family know about it. She takes her job very seriously. The bond she has developed with my mother in law and our family is priceless. We are truly blessed to have Susie in our life. She is the most upbeat person I have ever met. She truly is a ray of sunshine brought down from heaven as an angel to our family!!
