I give high marks to Edward Pineda of Unlimited Services. When Edward came to my home to give an estimate for repair, prep and painting my home I was very impressed. Edward had a caring and knowledgeable approach to determining the work that needed to be done to bring the exterior of my home to excellent condition. Within a couple of days afterward Edward sent me a detailed estimate. After a couple of changes and additions we agreed to go forward with the project. He gave me an estimated start date and included in the price all of the materials. He used the best – Benjamin Moore products. Edward and his crew arrived on time and ready to work daily. They power washed my house and deck, replaced all rotted trim pieces, sanded and made all repairs both on house and deck. He was both helpful and patient as I chose paint for the trim, shingles, and deck stain. His crew arrived on time and worked very hard all day. They were a cheerful and talented crew of workers. Anything I asked of Edward and his crew, they willing took care of to my satisfaction. The project ended with Edward asking me to look at their work and let him know if anything else was needed. Edward has done numerous jobs for us including two bathrooms. He is a pleasure to work with and makes sure we are in agreement before work begins. He is honest if we ask for his opinion and let’s us know if something won’t work. We look forward to hiring him for future jobs!

Edward was great. His team did a fantastic job of painting the exterior of our house. The amount of Prep work done was excellent and replacing rotting trim was done where needed.

I am very conservative person in giving reviews, But decided to write for Ed as I have been working with him from past one year after I bought my house. The best thing of his work is he gives guarantee and knows what you want, if you are not satisfied he will change it to your liking. He has made changes to things that I didn’t like even I decided to go with it. He has done almost everything from flooring , bathroom installation, painting and roof. I initially thought I will shop around for other jobs but now I feel so comfortable working with Ed that he has become my go to guy for any house related work. If you are thinking about hiring Edward Pineda to do any kind of job for you, please, do yourself a big favor, think again. Edward Pineda the owner of Unlimited Services LLC came over and was so nice and friendly, told us that they are going to start on Monday at 8:00AM,working in different areas on the house while primer or something else is drying, would need 2 weeks to complete the job. We agreed to hire his company to work in our home and paid him some money upfront.Unfortunately it didn't work out that way. Nobody came on Monday at 8:00, I called Edward to get some ideas about what was going on, he told me "Today is Monday, you have to understand that nobody wants to work on Mondays..." and promised to find someone else, they got here around 11:00 and left before 12, saying they will be back on Tuesday at 8:00am, next day it happens again, nobody came, I had to call Edward, got the same explanation "Nobody wants to work on Tuesdays" and the rest of the week was exactly the same, they didn't want to work... Edward didn't plan to be here, he just sent his crew...and he conveniently forgot to mention it to us before we hired him. We were talking to Edward almost every day, wanted to fire his company, but he asked for another chance and promised to do better. OK, next Monday nobody got here until 11:30 again!!! We decided that we had enough already and fired them. It took me all week long to understand that he is not going to change anything, because it's the way how he works. It is the most unprofessional and irresponsible company I ever met. We have had to hire another contractor to finish the work.
