Beautiful elegant floral arrangement delivered quickly. They also have an adorable cafe in the store with absolutely delicious homemade healthy food!

Unprofessional shop with poor customer service and absent of accountability. Would not recommend this shop to anyone.
I purchased a $250+ plant and pot that was defective and had significant bug issues when delivered to my home. The owner denied responsibility for the issue, lied about providing a refund / store credit, and ghosted me after I politely tried to follow-up for a replacement multiple times.
There are far better flower shops in the area with excellent customer service. Think twice before purchasing from here. The owner does not care for his customers - only his wallet.

During the past couple years I have purchased a handful of houseplants from Verde Galerie. The shop has a diverse array and we always try to support local businesses when possible.
Our family recently selected a fiddle leaf tree-a nearly $300 item including the pot. After some weeks, we noticed small gnats or what appeared to be fruit flys flying around our home. We assumed that they had made their way in at random, and hoped they would filter out within a couple days (naturally).
However, the quantity only grew by the day and upon inspecting our tree-TONS swarmed out and were clearly infested within the moss/base soil.
We attempted to treat the plant with various home remedies but every effort proved unsuccessful. I contacted the shop (spoke with the male manager or perhaps owner?). He told me that he would contact the moss supplier for insight on how to get rid of the flys. His tone was immediately cold, dismissive, and he said the flys could have come from fruit, other soiled items, etc in our home or kitchen. We have NEVER had such a problem. Living in ANY of our residences.
The employee mentioned that he would call back within a couple of days once speaking with the suppliernever got back. I phoned again and requested an immediate refund or at the very least, a store credit. I was told that he would need to speak with the owner and call us back.
Once again, received radio silence. I called the store AGAIN and the same employee confirmed that I could receive a store credit but that we would need to return the plant first. I requested a pickup as we had the plant delivered to our door in the first place, and the employee said they would call back once they could schedule this with their driver
Did not hear back. Called again and was given a specific window for the plant pickup. On the day of, nobody showed. We were ghosted and there wasnt any follow-up from the store. My final call went to the answering machine.
Publishing this review to help any prospective customers-this place will take your money, sell infested plants and happily look the other way. Bottom line, zero accountability from this place. Had to chase and hound desperately for any answers. The last time I did speak with them, the owner quickly cut me off-literally hung up the phone. Customer service is severely insensitive and lacking.
Do better.

UPDATE:
After leaving my first review, the plant was picked upnearly a week ago and during a time that we had never specified with the shop employees.
I provided my contact information (even though they already had this information from our past communication) and I have received ZERO refund or follow-up of any kind.
In conclusion, took back their product and still kept our money.

Verde Galerie its a piece of heaven. Good food, nice place and Iris is one of the best persons ever. The Brazilian food there is amazing. I recommend going there and eat the po de queijo, feijoada and pudim!

Very disappointed with the birthday flower bouquet I ordered. I ordered the premium bouquet and the bouquet that was delivered had a lot less flowers than the standard bouquet. I would not recommend getting flowers from this business.
