DMS Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners

This was my first experience with DMS Carpet and I am so pleased! Bruce was very thorough when discussing the potential difficulties and my expectations . He was friendly, on time, super efficient, very honest, and very reasonable (cost wise). We were looking to have 6 heavily used dining chairs cleaned and I am quite happy with the way they turned out. I will be calling him again and I have already recommended him to 3 more people. Have being using DMS carpet for over 16 years.....for good reason. Bruce works fast, efficiently and leaves my carpets shining new! He is a pleasant honest man to do business with. Please give him a try.....you too will be customer for life!

Bruce has been cleaning our rugs for years and it's always a pleasure working with him. I originally found him because he uses "green" products so the rugs and room and don't smell like chemicals when he's done. I've continued to use him because he's so easy to work with, the results are fantastic and his prices are so reasonable. He's always honest in advance about spots that might not come out since I want the "greenest" solution available (although he's always been able to get them out - or enough that I can't see them!). I've never had any unexpected or added costs. And he accepts credit cards, which is just icing on the cake! He's so reasonable I've started having him clean rugs that aren't in our high traffic areas. Highly, highly recommend Bruce and DMS.
