Clean room with above average bed comfort. Sheets were clean but worn, covered in bobbles. Bathroom in king room didnt really have a vanity.
Breakfast was about average for complimentary offerings but restocking was infrequent. Two of 4 hot food selections were not available throughout the time we ate.
Even room numbers face the interstate and road drone is noticeable.

Absolutely never again. I was double charged and have been calling everyday for them to release the second charge to go back into my account. When I called the woman at the front desk said they had no record of it and I said I could come down and show her the record of the extra charge on my account and she began yelling at me and told me not to come down there and to contact IHG directly and then hung up on me. Which I had already done and IHG told me to take it up with the hotel manager since they were the ones who overcharged me. I have been going back and forth for nearly a week now between the hotel calls, my bank who said its the hotel who wont release the charge, and the corporate support team, and literally everyone keeps telling me to contact one another because no one can help me. So I guess its just ok to steal peoples money now and not give a reason or a solution.
The hotel front desk employees are complete garbage for the way they yelled at me cut me off and then hung up on me. And IHG just keeps telling me they tried to contact them and that I just have to keep waiting. Waiting for what? I was double charged and they refuse to release that back to my account. I will absolutely never ever stay at another holiday inn ever again. They have zero respect for their guests and no interest whatsoever in trying to resolve a situation that involved them stealing money from my account

Clean and inviting upon entry despite a small area. The same with th rooms, however, they were clean and comfortable; right firmness on the mattress and the sheets didn't feel rough. The pillows were a win for their fluffyness and size. No exhaust fan vents in the bathroom however. We were on the 2nd floor and there are uneven sections on the floor in front of the left side elevator upon exitingand midway down the hall left wing going towards the higher number rooms), despite being covered with the carpeting , can still pose a potential trip hazard.
Front desk staf( David) was cordial and exhibited a genuine willingness to ensure our stay was comfortable; He provided a printed list of local and nearby food establishment options and suggested a couple of places he personally prefers to visit.
Complimentary breakfast fare was decent despite its simplicity.

The price .....overpriced it was high for older not up to par and for a holiday Inn express?? the cost...was over 150 for one night in a corner room really small and older place was not up to the holiday expresses I'm use to not happy it worked I have had worst it was just a place to lay my head but still....
