Brought my old car to another shop and they told me to head to Dan Jacobs for that type of repair. I have been bringing my car there ever since and its been for the past 4 years. Great repairs, timely service and excellent customer service. Great job and thank you.

Excellent service: Everything was as it should be when they finished. No indicator lights left on, no mess in my car. The rep at the front was also professional and polite. Fair prices: They only charged for a half hour, where most shops would just call it an hour. This alone is enough for me to become a repeat customer. Timely: I scheduled an appointment, and can you believe it, they were actually ready for me and took my car on time. Maybe I've been unlucky but this almost never happens. They also gave some of the obvious things a look, while the vehicle was on the lift, and corrected a minor issue without charging me. I will absolutely bring my M2 back here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Service: Brakes
