        The receptionist is very rude. There are I believe two of them. I am talking about the older receptionist. I have been going to this place for a long time. Since, they have this new receptionist I hate to call the office. Everytime I talk to her she is terribly rude to me.

        We love both Doctors. Both our kids have been treated by them since birth. Staff is amazing as well. Since last 2 years or so getting an appointment has become horrible with almost 20 mins in wait time on call to talk to a person. Hope they can fix it.

        It is very tough to reach the on call nurse or doctor during weekends. I waited in the line for an hour but no luck. My child has fever and I am so worried. I had a great experience with Rocky hill pediatrics. Due to long distance it didnt work out.
