The atmosphere here is excellent however there always seems to be a problem with the service and a meal.

Absolutely horrible. My sister reserved for a party of 12 and they wanted to seat us in the bar section when the restaurant was nearly empty. The wait staff was unprofessional and inattentive. They never introduced themselves, we had to ask their names. They left us alone for long periods of time, we had to ask for refills on water. I ordered the "roasted turkey dinner" which was actually processed turkey loaf. The menu stated that the dinner came with "home made" cranberry sauce and it was a mushy relish with no taste; it seemed to the type you would get from a can. I was so disappointed. I didn't want to raise a fuss with my family there, because we were there for my step-mother's birthday party; so I sucked it up. I never want to go back to that place and I don't recommend it.
