Integrated Dermatology of Simsbury

I had the best experience this morning with this facility. I was able to get a new patient apt within two weeks, and saw Michael Lund in the Simsbury office. He was informative, kind and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire consultation. He conducted a full body scan where he took the time to look at each mole and then gave insight into different ways to remove as well as different people to remove (recommended a plastic surgeon move one where the tissue was more weak and scarring would be less). He on the spot removed 3 for me within ten minutes and made sure I stayed comfortable by keeping me engaged in conversation but also communicating what was being done. He was willing to work with what I was comfortable with - recommending we do one and check how I feel about the scarring etc - but I was comfortable removing those three so had him do them same day. Very professional but also very friendly and personable. I would defintely recommend seeing him for any concerns regarding mole removal / growth.

Recently Ive been to a handful of dermatologists. Every time I was never really confident/trusting in the dermatologist that I saw. I always had this what if feeling in my gut that something was missed or overlooked. I posted on a Facebook group looking for a doctor that was trustworthy & thorough. Thats exactly what Dr. McCusker is. She is extremely thorough, takes her time, asks questions, patient, and compassionate. She has put my mind at ease and makes sure that Im content. If youre looking for a dermatologist that cares & is detailed oriented look no further. Dr. McCusker is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is top notch! Im so glad that I found her!

I have had 2 appointments at the Simsbury office, the older dark haired receptionist that is at the right side is not friendly and she seems annoyed with patients. The younger girl is very friendly and courteous to patients. Michael Lund is awesome he is knowledgeable very courteous and helpful. I live closer to Enfield office but I really like Michael.
