        Whoever is the dispatch person is TERRIBLE & needs education on customer service. I hate to give the company a bad review because the towers are always so nice, helpful, & respectful, but being that the number provided provides the initial guest interaction, I have to give it a low rating. Respect goes a long way, it costs you nothing to be kind! Thanks to Joe & all the other towers that work here - Your hard work does not go unnoticed. Service: Car towing

        My car wouldnt start today and USAA sent 203 automotive to help me out.. the driver was very helpful and was trying to save me from having to get the tow by trying a jump.. unfortunately I needed the tow anyways but he was very kind and I appreciated the help.. he also made sure to call me when he was on the way and when my car was dropped off at the dealership. So thankful for the professionalism during a stressful morning. Thank you again!
