Did a bad job installing a new AC system in our house and introduced water and mold into our house. We've been in contact to get them to come out and fix their work, we've been blown off by them multiple times. If you're looking at getting HVAC work done, pick another company.

LeClaire heating and air conditioning is the top choice. Rich LeClair successfully diagnosed and fixed my furnace problems, despite previous unsuccessful attempts by the company that installed it. Rich was determined to find the issue and worked through various possibilities until he identified it, even ordering the necessary parts and returning promptly the next day to finish the job. Since then, my system has been functioning flawlessly. From now on, I will exclusively rely on LeClaire heating and air-conditioning for any future needs.

I made a call to Leclaires on a Sunday because our tenant did not have any hot water and we did use this company to clean the furnace prior to this occurrence with no issues. I left a detailed message saying I would like someone to come out on Monday morning and could you please let me know to schedule a time. I did not receive any call back and ended up contacting them late Monday morning. The person answering had no explanation of why the call was not returned but I decided to have them come on Tuesday morning at a agreed upon time of 8:30am. We arrived at 8:20am and no one showed up past 9:00am. I called the office multiple times before someone finally answered and said the technician was there and left because no one was home or answered the door. In addition, the person answering the phone confirmed the appointment time was between 8:30am and 9:00am. This person also indicated that the technician went on to the next job.
Our tenant was home and said no one knocked on the door and we were present well before the appointment time till well past it with no technician around. Very unprofessional, none responsive and obviously not telling the truth about being there. We will not be using their service again. Additionally have not received any call back from the owner.
