I highly recommend Body Balance Therapies for anyone needing Physical Therapy. Dr Emily is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and kind. She takes the time to explain my therapy, and provide me with home exercises. This has been a great experience!

Yoga therapy with Emily was amazing. It is a great way to integrate the physical and mental aspects of being, strengthen the mind, and get in touch with your body. I learned a lot about myself, and learned many ways to cope with anxiety, and other challenges in life. Emily was very compassionate and down to earth. I highly recommend it!

I love seeing Emily!! She has the best touch!! She really knows her stuff and helps me to understand my own body and how to make it function better. I love that she doesn't rush through treatment and really makes sure that it's a great experience. She'll let me know what to look for the next day and will stay in touch about how I'm feeling. I've seen a lot of providers and I always go back to Emily to get the authentic therapy that really heals and gets to the root of the cause while other providers I've seen have only treated the superficial ailments. I'm so grateful to be able to see Emily!!!

Emily is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. She helped with my shoulder and back pain. After seeing her my back and shoulder felt better than they have in years. I would highly recommend her for any therapy needs.

I have had a great experience with Emily for physical therapy. I have suffered from neck pain and muscle spasms for years and I have had a lot of relief after only a few sessions. The office is clean & inviting. The location in the Cheshire Watch Factory shops is excellent. I am so happy to have this business in town.
