Fast, next day service. I had listed the the services we needed via Instant Messenger and was given a rough estimate. To my surprise, my wife was charged double the amount. For that reason alone, I rates the service at 3 stars. The work itself was great and the response time was exceptional.

100% would recommend Rob Rozz to anyone. Our pipes burst and I called about 20 plumbers over two hours and RR got back to us within 10 minutes of the first call, then Facetimed us through turning off the water and had someone at our house the next morning by 8:30! Excellent crew, super efficient. Really happy with them!

Last night I texted Rob (8:30 on a Friday night) bc we were having what I thought was an issue with our water tank or DAB pump. No water to the house. Rob responded to my text IMMEDIATELY. We couldnt easily diagnose the issue so Rob FaceTimed me to walk me through every step of diagnostics. Eventually we determined the root cause - we needed a new sediment filter as it was clogged. And at last, water. This whole process took about an hour - again on a Friday night, with no exchange of money. Rob understands customer service like no one else nowadays. Hes earned this and every other 5 star rating you see here. Do not miss the opportunity to work with Rob and his team of professionals. Services: Water tank installation, Water heater installation
