DiamondKote Concrete Resurfacing and Epoxy Flooring

Tried to use this company. we had questions and were yelled at by Mike for asking too many questions.. He follows that with saying how he has pricier jobs and our job is not profitable. We emailed with him 4-5 times (not 18) .. and this is the response: "Quite honestly, I have $100,000 jobs on the schedule under the same parameters and same lead time, they had no problem sending %50k deposit already, and I have had only 2-3 Emails back and forth. In Perspective- This is about the 18th email back and forth, and it’s a very small and not profitable job, sorry but I am not interested in this any longer…" Good luck with that guy.

Mike and crew breathed new life into our well abused pool deck and then came back and did the 15 year old garage floor that had originally been poured poorly, probably fast and last on a Friday before a long weekend. All kidding aside, Mike's crew did an excellent job. They filled the holes and cracks. It looks magnificent, so much so, that I'm planning on having a winter party in my garage! Mike and his crew were very professional and they made my old pool patio look like new again. I was going to rip it up and put a new one in but I'm glad I called Mike. His price was very reasonable and he is very responsive! He is at your job and will make sure that you are satisfied with the work before leaving. I highly recommend Mike and his team!
