If you wanna live with roaches and have them
Try to take almost all of your security deposit then move here. Lived there for 2 years and when I moved out made sure everything was as clean as possible got charged almost 1,000 for rug replacement. Hallways always smell and hallway rugs dirty. Pest control comes and makes you empty your entire kitchen multiple times because the tenants are gross and have roaches.

The location is great, easy travel in any direction, and has good amenities such as the 2 indoor/outdoor pools and gym, nice walking trails. Just wish they maintained the property like they used to and held the bad tenants accountable for trashing the place.
Lived there for 13 years, never were the carpets in the hallway cleaned or replaced or walls painted when theyre filthy. Has serious ant problems. Tenants trash the common areas and leave their toys and bikes outside. This was a beautiful complex several years ago but is no longer properly maintained.

The team in the leasing office was very helpful at answering all the questions I had during my application process, very pleased with Jill She's amazing made the leasing process, smooth and easy. She's very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have.

Lived here for 3 years - new management is absolutely atrocious. They denied my service dog literally that was being trained for me from service dogs of America because it was a dog free apt (hello illegal) yet the couple right next to us had a pit bull they would do nothing about. It came time to renew our lease we get a letter saying we can renew. Went down to the office and are told they are kicking us out to renovate. No other apartments in other buildings available. Awful management 100% - not worth living here.
