I called up to get some seasonal decorations from a local florist, I spoke with a person on the phone and I was told that the flowers would cost $65 for poinsettias.... mind blown.... I can't believe the prices here!!!! This is Ridgefield not NYC..... please adjust your prices to fair market value.....Thanks!

I was traveling the week of the Feb 13th, ordered a Rose arrangement for Valentine's Day from Main Street Florist, Ridgefield, CT to be delivered to my wife at her place of employment, in Ridgefield, about a block away from Main Street Florist, on Feb 14th.When my wife arrived at work on Feb 14th, the flower arrangement was leaning against the store front door, no floral box, no valium coverage, not even a bag, flower arrangement was exposed to the elements outside! If that wasn't enough, the Rose's in the arrangement were brown at the tips, and the vase did not even look like the photo on the web site that I picked out when ordered over the phone. Several phone calls between the Florist and my wife, it was agreed, the next day, my wife ended up walking the floral arrangement over to Main Street Florist shop, talked with the Debbie, who was not apologetic, lacked gratitude, and was unsympathetic to the incident, so my wife requested a full refund!!I followed up with two phone call attempts to discuss the situation with Debbie or the owner (Nicole) with little luck. I received a "text" from Debbie "refund was given yesterday but it takes a few days before you'll see it on your statement. No need to call the shop anymore to discuss".  What a disappointment!Signed "Ruined the Moment"
