I had Jason do an addition on my home, not only was he fair in his price, but he went above and behind to accommodate my wife (not an easy feat). Things got done when he said he was going to get them done and we are very happy with how it came out. Highly recommend!

Jason Ferrandino and his colleagues, Matt, Ed, and Brian were beyond professional, timely, and responsive. We own a 100 year old home in a beautiful neighborhood. I grew up in a 100 year old home. Contractors and I go way back. The professionalism and transparency of Ferrandino is incredible. Will definitely hire them again! NB I write less than one review every year -- but had to this time! Over the years, Jason and his crew have done numerous projects for us - from landscaping to miscellaneous home repair. Jason is our "go to guy" because he is trustworthy, honest and reliable. He stands by his work, which is almost unheard of these days. Jason is a problem-solver and we highly value his opinion. In summary, we highly recommend Jason if you appreciate quality workmanship and professionalism.

I hired these guys to clean up water in my basement after a heavy rainfall. They started out responsive and cleaned up the mess. But never received an estimate or any followup phone calls to pick up their equipment or do promised work. Then a random rude person showed up at my door demanding very high payment for services without any bill. No one from the company would return my phone calls for explanation. Been ghosted ever since. This company is a joke and I would not recommend anyone using them because you have no idea what you are getting or what you will be billed. Not professional and they were purposely misleading.
