The practice has changed so dramatically over the years Ive been going there for 29yrs. Long before it became Prohealth when it was the office of Dr.Goyette top of the line old time Dr. Im In out and still gave each patient time appointments made within a responsible time now haven forbid your lucky to get one in two months after youve called getting scripts refilled is a nightmare I have to say my las NP was one of the best Sarah Nickles excellent. Unfortunately she moved on.The charge in the practice is not for the best Im afraid which I dont really want to after all these years too find a new physician

Beware of ProHealth Putnam, CT.! I went in for my 1st yearly physical with Dr. Emily Ferguson. I signed the usual paperwork that states you'll pay for "services". Physical lasted 10 minutes. Dr. Ferguson asked a few questions & referred me to a vascular doctor/clinic. Fast forward to March 25, 2024, I get a call from the ProHealth billing dept. (which is outsourced to a foreign country) stating that I owe $143.00. I check into the situation further with the office manager at ProHealth in Putnam. I basically was told the doctor asked questions and the doctor billed for them...$451.00! My insurance covered most of the bill but I'm stuck with a $143.00 bill for nothing but a 10 minute office visit and money flying out of my pocket for a referral. Horrible company stay far away. ProHealth and Dr. Ferguson deserve zero stars! In order for me to post this review I have to give one star. I now see the doctors and staff at UMass Medical in Milford , MA. where you get treated as a patient not a number.

Doctors dont help, they just schedule as many follow up appointments as possible to get money. Trying to get a referral is a mess. Overall awful experience. I have had the same abdominal pain for over a year because this place cant get me the help I need.

You will not find skilled or quality educated people working there. Its like a Ghetto clinic. Theyre really bad.

I called and made an appointment to be seens in mid-July 2023. They said the earliest I could be seen was September 25th 2023, a two-month wait which I excepted, they said they'd put me on a wait list and would call if they could get me in earlier. On September 7th 2023 they called to cancel the appointment I had made almost two months earlier. The rather rude representative on the phone said "The doctor is taking the day off so he can have a long weekend, we'll schedule you for October 3rd at 10am " I couldn't believe my ears! The doctor canceled the appointment I waited two-months for, because he wanted a long weekend! This is as unprofessional and unacceptable as it gets! I don't see were this doctor is at all concerned about my health! I see nothing professional about this medical group! Almost three months to see the doctor!? That's insane! If I could give negative stars I would!
