Don't go here! Read reviews. On call Dr Levanthal wouldn't even listen to me because he said I was not his patient, call back during business hours. Dr Schore said come in for appt., and when I did, he yelled and screamed at me, initial visit! Didn't listen and talked over me. No respect, very rude and condescending. He needed clearance from another doctor to do endoscopy, but booked the test anyway without clearance and wanted credit card info up front! Office recommends you take medications that conflict with meds you take. And Dr Rockoff said he didn't know specific meds interact with other meds. Wow! Dangerous practice! Don't go here! I canceled the endoscopy and am looking for a better office, one that remembers how to treat patients with respect.

This review is split because I had a 5 star experience with one doctor and a 1 star experience with the other. Dr. Jessica Pelletier is 5 stars. Shes incredibly kind and understanding. She takes the time to understand me and was looking at every possibility for my stomach pain which has been a huge bother. While she was on leave I saw Dr. Anthony Schore and I left the office in tears. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was trying to answer his questions to the best of my ability and he rudely said to me thats not what I asked you when I didnt give him the answer he was looking for. He wasnt very patient and kept telling me everything was gas pain when I know for a fact that its not normal to constantly have stomach pain. He then tried to put me on a diet even though I talked with Dr. Pelletier about how diets dont work for me due to previous problems leading me to believe he didnt actually take the time to read her notes. Overall, he wasnt comforting in the slightest and made me feel really bad and hopeless about my situation. Hes exactly the type of person who becomes a doctor just to say that he knows everything and you know nothing. There are good doctors in this practice so Im not going to leave the practice a bad review. But Dr. Schore deserves one star.

I had no idea my appointment got cancelled without letting me know. I got out of work early just to see the doctor and they told me that my appointment was cancelled. I asked by whom? They said by the doctor. They told me that they wont send you any notification for cancellation; the only way you know is if you dont receive a text or message from them as your upcoming appointment, then it means your appointment is cancelled. Ive never heard or seen any doctors office like that in my life. They need to improve this cancellation policy!
