I purchased a property in April of 2021, and Revolution Properties was already assigned to the house through the previous owner. Through back and forth deciding if I wanted to use a property manager, I ended up speaking with one of the property managers, Thomas, and that conversation led me to make the best decision possible! I had no idea how a property manager worked, but in the last 7 months I have not had a single issue! They respond to tenant calls in a timely manner, they are on top of communication with me as the owner for numerous reasons. One is incase a payment is going to be a day or two delayed, or if there is an issue that needs some sort of financial assistance, or even if the tenant is thinking about a move, they let me know months in advance incase we potentially needed a new tenant. I also want to add they they let me know of all of these things because I asked for him to since it was the first time I was using a management company, or else they just take care of all these things themselves, leaving the owner with no worries whatsoever. They also check up on the property to make sure all external maintenance is taken care of weekly (lawn care). I would highly recommend this company to any future rental home owner, and I will absolutely be using their services again on the next property!

Out of fear of retaliation, I waited until moving out of my apartment to post this, but this company is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. (And I myself, work in property management) They do not respond to issues in a timely fashion. It took them 4 months to fix my heat in the winter time. My back door was stuck shut for months and I never received any updates on when someone would be out to fix it. Once it was “fixed” it broke again within 8 days. Every time someone contacts me, it’s always someone different. The owner Cecilia doesn’t respond to emails or text messages. I’ve emailed her over 15 times requesting information and I have never received a single email back. She also blocked my number so I was no longer able to contact her with problems. The current property manager Duke harasses me on a daily basis to the point where I have now had to file a police report. They play favorites with their tenants and discriminate against anyone that challenges their bogus decisions. Please do not rent from this company. SLUM LORDS. Knowing that they still rent and harass people makes this post so necessary. I will keep posting until they are shut down.
