Calling to make a reservation is a complete disappointment! I left a message early Monday morning and still never heard back from them by 2:45 the next day. When I called back, trying to get an appointment was a painful experience! When we finally settled on a a date, I found out they don't offer Hot Stone Massages. If that is the case, why is it offered/advertised???

I booked a massage here which went well. I also had a manicure which was mediocre. When I asked to see if I could get a pedicure as well, the staff was less than accommodating. There was 1 other customer and 2 staff yet they refused to accommodate me. As i waited for my manicure, I was shocked to see a woman clipping her fingernails in the stock area!!!! Disgusting. I also was taken aback when I saw a dog wandering through the "spa". I am a dog owner and love them however, a spa is not a place they should be roaming in. When I was checking out 2 receptionists were on the phone and the woman who was clipping her fingernails and with the dog was just standing there behind the desk avoiding eye contact with me. I assume she was the manger or owner being that she was overseeing the others. Instead of saying "Can I help you?" or "It will be just a minute" let me stand there for 15 min until the receptionists where free and stood there staring at them. Weird and unprofessional.
