My son’s nursery school used West photo for the 2019 school photos. The portrait was as good as could be. My son is a hard subject to photograph. When we opened the class photo we were disappointed because my son wasn’t even looking at the camera. My son told us he wasn’t in the photo. He identified some of his “friends” but insisted he wasn’t in the photo. He and my My wife cried. We reached out to the photographer to see if another shot they passed up may have my son looking at the camera. The photographer was very totally willing to search. He even suggested if he found something, he would mail it to our home. He even sent us an electronic copy for my wife to inspect before mailing a hard copy. Today the photo arrived at our home. My son found himself. Identified his teachers and some friends. He was smiling with my wife looking at himself in a photo with his class. Thanks to Fredrick West Photo, they went above and beyond to turn a negative situation into a positive one. We are grateful.
