I called the business in Oxford and he told me " why don't you just have someone take a picture and call me back". I asked when they will come out to repair the mistake he said "were not" and he hung up the phone. I called back and asked for owner and he said he was so "he didn't care about our motor" . This is who Manitowoc backs and wants you to use?
Be careful this company is garbage....
