When my hard drive crashed, I found Secure Data Recovery Services online. After doing some research, I decided to use this firm over several others. I have to say that I have been extremely satisfied with their service. They answered all of my questions promptly and sufficiently. After sending them my drive, they were able to recover 99% of my files that I thought I had lost. They were able to transfer them to another drive and ship it back to me in a very secure package. In addition, their website allowed me to track the progress of my recovery. They are vey professional, and I highly recommend them. Hopefully I never have to use them again, but if I have any other hard drives that crash, they will be my first call.
